The whole iPhone thing is very seductive as the technology is so damn sexy, but as you rightly say early on, it is "developers" finding solutions for problems that don't actually exist. The day I see the builders of the new Olympic stadium using an iPhone to level the steel girders, I'll buy every new gadget on the market. Stay a luddite please, you know it makes sense!
